Return Policy

At PortuTees, we take pride in the quality of our products and the care we put into every order. Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds unless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.


Defective or Damaged Items

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at portuteees@gmail.com.

Include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each order is made and fulfilled with care, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or sizing issues

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Any item not in its original condition due to customer handling

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right under EU law to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
