Processing Time

Please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. Each item is printed and packaged with care to ensure you receive the best quality possible.

Standard Shipping

Once your order has been made, standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

Please note: these timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or holidays.

Express Shipping

If you need your order sooner, you can upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout. Express orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after production is complete.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Frequently asked questions

All sales at PortuTees are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect. If there’s an issue with your order, contact us at portuteees@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item with your order number, a description, and photos of the problem. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
